Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy applies to all orders delivered to EU and EEA regions, covering logistics processing, delivery standards and exception handling.
4.1 Order Processing Time
All paid orders will be processed, packed and delivered to EU local logistics carriers within 1–3 business days. Orders on EU statutory holidays and weekends will be processed on the next working day.
4.2 Shipping Methods & Transit Time
Standard Shipping: Applicable to all EU countries, transit time 5–10 business days; free shipping for orders over the threshold specified on the store checkout page.
Expedited Shipping: Paid fast delivery service, transit time 2–4 business days, available for most EU mainstream countries.
4.3 Order Tracking
After shipment, customers will receive an automatic confirmation email with a unique tracking number and query link. Logistics information may be updated with a 24-hour delay.
4.4 Delivery Exception Handling
For lost or severely damaged parcels during transit confirmed by logistics providers, we provide free re-delivery or full refund as you choose. For delayed delivery caused by bad weather, logistics peak or force majeure, we will actively communicate and update the latest delivery progress.
4.5 Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If delivery fails due to incorrect customer address, recipient absence or refusal to sign, the parcel will be returned to the EU overseas warehouse. Customers shall bear the secondary shipping cost for re-delivery; unclaimed returned goods will be disposed of in accordance with EU logistics regulations after 30 days.
4.6 VAT & Customs
All displayed prices include EU local VAT. We will comply with EU cross-border e-commerce tax regulations, and no additional hidden fees will be charged for compliant orders.
