By accessing, browsing, registering and placing orders on our Adspower store website, you fully acknowledge, understand and agree to all binding terms below. If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using our store services immediately. Governing law of this agreement shall be the law of the State of Colorado, USA; all disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Colorado.
  1. Account & User Obligations

    Customers shall provide real, accurate shipping and contact information when placing orders. You are solely responsible for all orders placed under your account, and must keep account login information confidential. Any loss arising from account leakage due to customer negligence shall be borne by yourself. Minors under 18 are prohibited from purchasing without guardian consent.
  2. Order & Pricing Rules
  • All commodity prices displayed on the website include Colorado state sales tax. Colorado mandatory retail delivery fee will be separately calculated and displayed at checkout as required by state law.
  • We reserve the right to adjust product prices and launch promotional activities without prior notice. If obvious price errors caused by system bugs occur, we have the right to cancel abnormal orders and fully refund customers.
  • After successful order payment, order cancellation requests shall be submitted within 24 hours; orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and shall follow the return policy process.

    All texts, pictures, logos, product descriptions, graphic designs and video content on this store are exclusive intellectual property of Adspower Store. Without written official permission, users shall not copy, download, reprint, resell or use any store content for commercial purposes. Unauthorized infringement will trigger legal claims under Colorado intellectual property law.
  2. Liability Limitation

    Our store shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, income loss or mental damage caused by product use beyond the scope permitted by Colorado consumer law. The maximum total compensation limit for any single order dispute shall not exceed the actual payment amount of this order. We do not warrant that the website operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free, and shall not be responsible for service interruption losses caused by third-party logistics, payment channels, network failures or force majeure.
  3. Service Modification & Termination

    We reserve the right to revise these service terms at any time. Major policy updates will be notified via store homepage notice 30 days in advance. Continuous use of store services after policy revision takes effect means you accept updated clauses. We have the right to restrict or close user accounts permanently for fraud, malicious return, repeated chargeback, abusive customer service and other violation behaviors.
  4. Force Majeure

    We shall not bear breach of contract liability for order delay, goods shortage or delivery failure caused by natural disasters, epidemic control, carrier suspension, government policy adjustment and other uncontrollable force majeure events. We will actively notify affected customers and provide options of delayed delivery or full order refund.
